The Bakowski Bridge of Lights is Red, White, and Blue, on Sept 17 & 18 in honor of the event at Municipal Auditorium: Louisiana’s Gift to America: A Musical Legacy.

Admission is free. Advance registration is encouraged.

Presented by Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser and the Louisiana Division of the Arts, in partnership with the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, Shreveport Regional Arts Council, and Louisiana Public Broadcasting, the program will bring together three distinctive Louisiana artists and musical forces:

● BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet

● The Dr. Michael White Quartet

● A.J. Haynes, lead vocalist of the Seratones

The evening will be hosted by Ben Sandmel

This program is supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts, Louisiana America 250, the Atchafalaya National Heritage Area, and the City of Shreveport.
