Dolly Parton 9/25 Day is lighting up Shreveport!

On September 25, the Bakowski Bridge of Lights will glow PINK in celebration of Dolly Parton and her incredible Imagination Library!

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library helps put the magic of books into the hands of children, building early literacy skills and helping prepare young learners for kindergarten while inspiring a lifelong love of reading and giving young minds the opportunity to dream BIG.

Here in our community, United Way of Northwest Louisiana plays an important role in administering this wonderful program, and they need YOUR help to keep it going!
